This write-up was produced as a result of a test that led me to discover that whilst the web is second nature to most people there are still millions of people who are interested in movies and not well versed with using the internet as a research tool.

The Internet presents a unique way to find information about movies instantly. Just a few years back you needed to take the whole morning at the library skimming through hundreds of books.

In this day and age 5 minutes is too long to find the right information. You just do a quick search in a search engine and find all the information you need about movies or specific topics of the same subject.

With so much information presented by search engines the speed and efficiency of using the web can deteriorate if you don’t know how to use it the right way.

Why not take a few minutes to read through these few points I present below to help you with you your search. I have written these such that I do not waste your time but add into your quest to finding the best information and content online. To some this may be just a refresher “course” but I still do encourage you to read on.

These tips work well in Google and to some extent on Yahoo.com.

To make sure your search returns only the pages with the EXACT information you are looking for simply put inverted commas. For example if you want to find course about movies, simply enter “movie courses”, For a career search on this topic just type “movie careers”. What you will get there is a list of pages that contain the exact words searched for.

You also have an option to use the “+” operator. For example, entering a terms such as “documentary about movies”+ “movie books” will produce results that have both terms appearing somewhere within the page. 

My last tip is simply to search within one reliable site. You can do this by entering the operator “site:” then follow with the domain name and lastly the keyword.As mentioned earlier this will show results from that particular website only.

By following these tips you should be in a better position to find anything online, could be you interest - movies or information you may need in the near future like cell phone number reverse search.
