18th birthday gift help?

so my friends 18th birthday is coming up soon and i was going to make a 3D house from styrafoam/poster board exactly like the one from disney pixar's Up and tie 18 balloons to the chimney like in the movie.

however, i dont know what to put inside the house. any ideas? something not too expensive like candy or something.
